Glen Elk History

As part of the Glen Elk Festival, we will try and have as much of the colorful history as possible.  Glen Elk is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  We have scanned the nomination form.  To read it, you will have to have Adobe Reader installed.

We have also scanned the 1916 Sanborn map for Glen Elk.  There are three versions, the largest Glen Elk Map (1.8 meg), Glen Elk Map Small (.8 meg) and Glen Elk Map Smallest (.5 meg).  Depending how your brower is set up, you should be able to  save the image.  Try right clicking the mouse and choosing Save Image As.
